Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By accepting any work order or estimate from Kuller Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
General Warranty Coverage

Coverage Period: All electrical services performed by Kuller Services are covered under a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of service.

Scope of Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and any parts or materials provided by Kuller Services during installation or repair.

Repairs or replacements covered under the warranty will be performed free of charge, subject to the terms listed below.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or improper handling of electrical components.

Issues resulting from external factors, including power surges, lightning strikes, or natural disasters.

Faults arising from non-Kuller Services components, parts, or installations.

Repairs performed by third-party contractors or service providers.

Regular wear and tear or maintenance requirements.

Temporary repairs are not covered under the warranty provided by Kuller Services. These repairs are specifically designed to extend the lifespan of defective, flawed, or failing systems but are not considered permanent solutions. As such, they fall outside the scope of warranty protection.
Conditions for Warranty Claims

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must provide proof of service (work order number, invoice or receipt) to validate warranty claims.

Any issues must be reported promptly to Kuller Services within the warranty period.

Assessment and Resolution:

Kuller Services reserves the right to inspect and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

If covered, repairs or replacements will be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

How to Claim Your Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim:

Provide the service details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

Limitations of Liability
Kuller Services shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the electrical systems or repairs.

Losses due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to external environmental factors.
30-Day Limited Warranty
All lighting components, including lamps, bulbs, ballasts, and drivers, provided and installed by Kuller Services, are covered under a 30-day limited warranty from the date of service.
Amendments and Updates
Kuller Services reserves the right to update these Warranty Terms and Conditions as needed. Customers will be able to see any changes affecting their coverage in the customer portal.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for our services:

Cash

Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

Bank transfers

Payment plans or financing options (if applicable)
Payment Schedule

For standard services, full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon.

For larger projects or installations, a 50% percentage deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Late Payments

Invoices not paid by the due date may incur a late payment fee of 10% percentage.

Services may be delayed or suspended for accounts with outstanding balances.
Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy: Refunds are only available for work not yet commenced. Once services or installations have begun, refunds are not applicable.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
